Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR is a concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis. It also aims at creating social change through an effective evaluation and implementation of projects/activities aligned with the business operations and strategies. Normally, companies that adopt CSR programs have grown their business to the point where they can give back to society. This is mostly because for a company/business to be socially responsible, it first has to be responsible for itself and its stakeholders.
CSR begins with the Company/Organization itself before extending to the various community stakeholders and everyone’s obligation to exercise CSR. It not only builds an individual charisma but also opens more doors of opportunities for Companies/ Organisations.
At Dativa & Associates, we value our clients and stakeholders a lot and each time we have an opportunity to give back, we can’t hesitate. We’ve previously partnered with Reach Out Mbuya HIV/AIDS Initiative on this link; https://dativaassociates.com/dativa-and-associates-supports-cause-to-educate-children-affected-by-hiv-aids
